• Check your health age: Take the Vitality Health Review to assess how your health age differs from your actual age. You can also evaluate your nutrition, mental well-being, and social support. Points will be awarded automatically for completing these assessments.

• Maintain various measurement data: Enter and track your medical measurements, such as blood pressure, BMI, glucose level, cholesterol, and urine protein, to manage your health condition. Points will be allocated automatically for recording this data.

• Improve your health: Earn points for engaging in activities that promote better health, including exercising to meet certain standards or attending fitness events.

• Enjoy a healthy lifestyle: Benefit from features that enhance your healthy lifestyle, such as receiving vouchers for a cup of coffee when you achieve your weekly activity target. You can also receive discounts on gym enrollment fees or purchase wearable devices at discounted rates.

Please note that interlocking your exercise data with Vitality is necessary. Data from wearable devices like GARMIN or Polar can be synchronized, as well as Apple Health app for iOS.
